Marble Specification & Mining process

Marble is mainly used for processing into various forms of wood, sheet metal, for building walls, floors, table, column, monuments. The marble is used so widely, but the raw marble is big marble stone.
The marble quarry mining process is complicated process and need many mining equipment. Through the mining process marble boulders are turned into all sizes of materials. The blasting process is the first step determining what needs to be accomplished next. Rock hammers, drop balls, primary crushers, and gyratory crushers all contribute to the marble mining process.

Marble Crushing Process & Screen Plant

After first marble crushing process, the marble stone less than 3 inch will be transported into marble grinding mill or marble ball mill for grinding. The marble above 3 inch will be vibrating and recovery for the second crusher process. The processing will be going on until the marble stone below 3 inch. During the marble crushing processing the pulverizing marble stone which isn’t used at the moment will be stockpiled into marble storage bin.

Marble grinding process is marble processing line's stage one, which generally applies to newly laid floors. Marble is a metamorphic rock composed of recrystallized carbonate minerals, most commonly calcite or dolomite. It is commonly used for sculpture and as a building material.
If you need ore powder, marble have to go through grinding process. We can use ball mill or other ginding mill as marble grinding machine. The finished size cans upto 0.005mm.
