For the industrial lithium manufacture, the mining spodumene or blasted spodumene, should be loaded to spodumene crushing plant by a heavy truck. Then the spodumene ore should be transported into spodumene jaw crusher, spodumene impact crusher, spodumene cone crusher for the primary crusher by belt conveyor. After spodumene gold crushing process, the size of spodumene less than 3 inch will be transported into spodumene grinding mill or spodumene ball mill for grinding. The size of spodumene above 3 inch will be vibrating and recovery for the second crusher process by vibrating screen. The process will be going on until the spodumene ore below 3 inch. During the spodumene crushing processing the pulverizing spodumene ore which isn’t used at the moment will be stockpiled into spodumene storage bin.

The pulverizing spodumene ore in the ball mill or grinding mill, will be grinded into spodumene powder about 0.2 mm with the grinder roll, grinding ring and steal balls (iron shots). The grinded spodumene powder will be look like spodumene slurry. Finally, the spodumene slurry will be pumped to the flotation deck with the fine sulfide ore (~-0.5 mm) going to froth flotation cells for recovery of spodumene powder.
