The crushing process:After the raw garnet materials was mined from the ore by excvavtor. We convey it into garnet processing plant.
First,in the crushing plant we should use jaw crusher, gyratory crusher, Cs series cone crusher,etc to complete granet crushing process. With a complete set of equipment you can get the 6mm-40mm uniform particle. In this range we have an control system to give you the accurate range you want.
Second, after the primary crusher cruhed, we use the vibrating screen to separate the big garnet particle from the small particle.
Third, we transmitting the big garnet particle into the Cs series cone crusher for the recrushing process.Until the big granet particle pulverizing into small garnet particle.
After we complete the garnet crushing process.

The grinding process:The crushed garnet materials was feed into vertical roller grinding mill by vibrating feeder. Then we will begin the garnet crushing porcess.
In the garnet grinding plant, we can use roller grinding ball mill , vertical roller gringding mill or raymond mill to complete the grinding process. If you need more thin garnet powder we should use garnet super thin mill. The smallest fineness could reach 1000mesh(0.013mm).
