After sun-cure, nature airing or Vehiele dryer turn, raw bentonite ore should be crushed by jaw crusher ,impact crusher or cone crusher. After the bentonite crushing process the crushed bentonite should be screen. The small particle bentonite can be conveying into the raymond mill and vertical roller grinding mill or ball mill in bentonite grinding plant. The big particle bentonite should be conveyed in primary crusher for the second crushing program.
In the bentonite grinding process the bentonite would be grinded in to 100mesh ,150mesh or 200mesh(0.15mm-0.074mm) for sale. Complete the crushing process and grinding process, then you should packed the bentonite. Then the wet bentonite beneficiation is over. The wet one is suitable for the high quality raw bentonite ore. Wet beneficiation is used for The low grade bentonite with content of montmorillonite 30% to 80%.

After the excvavtor, belt conveyor and truck mining the raw montmorillonite. First used jaw crusher, impact crusher or Cs series cone crusher crushing the montmorillonite below 50mm. Then add water to make bentonite suspension. Then using hydraulic grade machine undertakes depart, we will obtain the concentrate ore. After roller dryer we should use the vertical roller grinding mill ore ball mill to get bentonite powder in 100mesh-200mesh. We obtain the more fine bentonite powder by super thin mill.
